About the Role
As a Customer Success Engineer - GHG at Tachyus, you will play a crucial role in supporting client projects involving Aurion, our Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions reporting and forecasting software. The right hire will manage the technical implementation of the software solution, with responsibilities including data quality assessment, data management, data integration, and visualization. This client-facing role will represent Tachyus and will ensure that customer are delighted working with Tachyus. You will be based remotely in Colombia, with occasional travel required for client visits and internal team meetings.

- Lead the technical implementation of client projects, including data management and integration
- Develop dashboards for customized client reports
- Engage with clients and assist project/customer success manager(s) in meetings
- Collaborate across functions to support various teams (research, sales, engineering)
- Proactively manage time and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python (pandas, plotly, numpy, requests), Postgresql querying, and Excel is a must
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, through previous work experience or university studies, is preferred
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) calculations, including API Compendium or EPA GHGRP, is a plus
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for understanding technology and explaining it clearly to clients
- Exceptional time management skills, with experience in project management as a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish and English required
